1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using the services, programs, websites, and facilities provided by the Australian Agricultural Centre (AAC), based in Crookwell, NSW. By booking, enrolling, or participating in any AAC service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
AAC provides hands-on education, training, and resources in agriculture, natural resource management, and related fields. Services may be delivered:
- On-farm at AAC’s training site,
- At external sites, schools, or community venues, or
- Online via digital platforms.
AAC may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of its services at any time.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent/guardian to participate.
- By enrolling, you confirm the information you provide is true and correct.
4. Enrolment & Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated.
- AAC accepts major credit cards and direct bank transfer.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If AAC cancels a course, participants will be offered a full refund or reschedule.
- If you cancel, refunds may be provided in line with AAC’s cancellation policy (available on request).
- No refunds will be issued once training has commenced.
6. Safety & Conduct
- Participants must follow all safety instructions while on site or in training.
- AAC reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or breaches these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, logos, images, and resources remain the property of AAC unless otherwise stated.
- You may use AAC materials for personal learning only and must not copy, distribute, or commercialise them without written permission.
8. Privacy

9. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AAC is not liable for:
- Loss or damage resulting from use of the services, except where required by the ACL.
- Personal injury or property damage where participants fail to follow instructions or safety requirements.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the NSW courts.
