At the Australian Agricultural Centre (AAC), we value your support and want you to be confident in your purchases and bookings with us.
Merchandise
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, with tags/packaging).
- Change-of-mind returns are not available unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Courses, Workshops & Events
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, though you may transfer your booking to another participant (please notify us in writing).
- If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Please email us at info@australianagriculturalcentre.com with your order/booking details and reason for return or cancellation. Our team will guide you through the process.
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
